We will always treat your pet with kindness and patience. No two dogs view grooming the same, so we are dedicated to making sure their visit with us is a nice one. We will never rush while grooming your pet. We understand grooming may make some pets nervous, so for those pets we will make special arrangements to return them to your loving arms as soon as possible. There is an additional charge for this VIP (very important pooch) service.
