Vaccinations
Lexidog requires that all grooming and daycare dogs be up to date on vaccinations. Bordetella is required every 6 months, unless you have your veterinarian feels this is too often. Please have your vet fax current records to us before your appointment, and as they are updated. We will have to reschedule dogs who do not have proof of current vaccinations.

Grooming
The conditon of your dog will define how the grooming process goes. While I am very experienced in dematting, it is still very time consuming. Even though I am gentle and careful while I dematt there are still pets who will not tolerate it. Those pets will have to be shaved. Also if you do not inform us at the time of your appointment that your pet needs dematting I may not be able to finish the groom. The haircut would have to be rescheduled for another day.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
Return Policy
We gladly except returns for unused items within 10 days. All grooming issues must be addressed within 24 hours.
No show and cancellations
We understand unexpected things come up and will try to work with you. We are a small company and no-shows really hurt us. We have reserved a time for your pet alone and can not fill it if you do not make it. If appointments are missed with less than 24 hours notice that we can not fill, the full grooming price will be charged. Second no show will result in the need to pre-pay the next appointment which will be non-refundable. Any further no shows will result in termination of the grooming relationship.
